Glossary of terms you might encounter

Check-in - Confirmation of being present and ready to play
Credits - I t is our loyalty program. Earned points can be exchanged for items in our shop or used to buy access to our tournaments.
Matchmaking - Game mode that will match you with a random online user you can play a game with.
Versus - Game mode which allows you to challenge a specific user/clan.
Chatbox - Public chat where you can ask a question, find players to create a team with or just talk with other people. You can open chatbox by pressing the “speech bubbles” in the top right corner of the page.
Tournament schedule - Match schedule commonly called “ladder”.
League table - Set of information about leagues. Which teams participate, how much points they have and what they are currently placed, etc.
Tournament - Short-term games running according to tournament schedule.
League - Long-term clan games, played in “all-play-all” format.
Clan - Organized team. It has it’s own chat visible only for clan members and can also participate in leagues and tournaments.
Game account - Specific game account, which needs to be verified to be able to participate in any games on our site.
Admin - Person marked with blue colour on chatbox. Most important rank on site.
Moderator - Person marked with red colour on chatbox.
Command table - Contains fast access to everything related with your profile. Such as: rankings, upcoming matches, received challenges, clans you belong to or upcoming tournaments you signed up for.
Game - Game room created on our site. It contains informations about teams (nicknames on site and in-game), chat and possibility to add game results or notify us about absent opponents.
Game chat - Chat located on game’s page.
In-game lobby - Game room created directly in-game.
Conflict - Situation where both team captains added different match results. In case there is a conflict wait for admin/moderator to show up and solve the problem.

What is check-in?
Check-in is a confirmation done by team captain that whole team is present and ready to play. There are 3 types of check-ins.
Tournament check-in - Check-in confirming that the team will participate in the tournament. To make tournament check-in select the tournament you participate in, next go to the “Info” tab and click the “Show your team” button. If check-ins have already started, below the list of team members should be a “check-in” button you are supposed to select to finish the tournament check-ins.
League check-in - Check-in confirming that team will participate in the league. To make league check-ins select league you participate in, next go to the “Info” tab and click the “Show your team” button. If check-ins have already started, below the list of team members should be a “check-in” button you are supposed to select to finish league check-ins.
Game check-in - Check-in confirming that the team is present and ready to play a game. Button is located on the game page below t he game chat.
How I am supposed to add the game result and a screenshot?
You can add game results by pressing the ”Submit score” button, located on the bottom side of the game page. After pressing the button you will be asked to select the team that has won and to add screenshot confirming game results.
Do i have to add a screenshot while adding game results?
Yes, while adding game result, screenshot is a proof of your chosen option. In case of a missing screenshot an admin or a moderator can decide to replay the match.
What are credits used for and how are they awarded?
Credits are our loyalty program. They can be earned in two ways:
  • Playing games on our site:
    • Versus: +0% Bonus
      • Loss: 50%
      • Win: 100%
    • Matchmaking: +25% Bonus
      • Loss: 50% + 25%
      • Win: 100% + 25%
    • League match - +50% Bonus
      • Loss: 50% + 50%
      • Win: 100% + 50%
    • *The amount of credits for the match depend on game rules.
    • **Tournament matches do not award any credits.
  • Drawn from crates
    * Credits can be awarded during special events or be part of a prize in tournaments and leagues.
Why my match is not confirmed?
Results are confirmed automatically, if both sides submit the same match results. However, if results will be added by only one side, the match will be waiting for confirmation. Match can be confirmed by an Admin or Moderator, when there is evidence in a form of a screenshot.
I participate in tournament, but i do not have an opponent. What is going on?
This situation is possible if you were assigned to the next round or your opponent is still unknown. You can check it by finding yourself on the ladder of the tournament you participate in.
Can players be swapped during tournament/league?
Swapping a player is possible only before confirming your presence and readiness to play which is check-in.
This option is available only for the team captain. On the match page press the action button(Menu, next to avatar) and follow by choosing a “Swap player” button..
What if the opponent’s in-game account is different to the one on our site?
Nothing happens, user has the right to play the match.
The game account is important because we distribute prizes based on your game account. If the user has changed the in-game name or for some other reason the game account on the user’s profile is outdated, the user should update it as soon as possible.
I changed my in-game nickname, how to update my account on website?
If you changed your in-game nickname in any game supported by our website you need to update your profile. To do this go to your profile page, hover over your nickname and press the trash bin icon which should appear next to it, than click to remove the nickname. After removing, add and verify your account again.
I won! How I’m supposed to collect the prizes?
When the tournament or league is finished an admin or moderator who is responsible for the event will send you a private message in order to give you your reward.
Where can i find promotion code?
You can find promotion codes during contests on our fanpages (facebook, twitter) and official broadcastings (twitch.tv)
What happens if tournament or league have more than maximum number of participants ?
In that case the deciding factor is order in which the teams have fully registered for the tournament. Only teams with “fully registered” status are considered “queued” for league/tournament.
What happens when enemy team is missing players?
If the team with missing players wishes to continue and play a game, they are allowed to.
What happens when opponents are breaking the rules ?
If your opponent breaks the rules immediately contact an admin or moderator who is responsible for the specific league/tournament. Remember that you need evidence to prove someone is guilty of breaking the rules (e.g screenshots)
What types of games are available on our website?
For now there are 4 types of games:
  • Versus: Duel type of game. Player or team choose an opponent and the time when they want to play. Opponent is free to decline the challenge or suggest another time to play a match.
  • Matchmaking: I t is designed to automatically find your opponent. You are free to pick the rules you want to play and join the “queue”.
  • Tournament: Supposed to determine the best team or player. Prizes are available to see at the “info” tab at tournament page. Depending on prizes tournaments can be free to play or requiring fees in the form of credits.
  • League: Long-term games for teams and solo players. They are supposed to determine the best and most persistent participants. Leagues are played in “all-with-all” formula.
  • Matches are created automatically at the beginning of each round, play times are assigned randomly. If you cannot play at the proposed time you can offer your opponent another date. Remember that every match has to take place before the league ends.

How match proceed step by step?
Waiting - Match is in pending status
Check-in - Time period in which the team captains must confirm that their teams are present and ready to play.
In progress - Match is in progress
Score submitted - Match result was sent by one of the team captains and is waiting to be confirmed by the second captain as valid.
Conflict - Match results sent by both team captains do not match, and the match awaits for intervention from an admin or moderator.
Tournaments runthrough.
  • Registration and team status
    • Solo: Select a tournament that gained your interest and press “Join”. Go to the “Sign up” tab and press “Sign up”. After signing up you are ready to play, now you just have to wait for the check-ins to start (information about when the check-ins start is given in the info tab of your tournament) and confirm your presence.
    • Team: As the team captain select the tournament that gained your interest and press “Join”. Go to the “Join as a clan representative” tab. In this tab you can choose one of two options. You can either choose to create a team with one of your clans or create a temporary team just for this tournament. If you would like to join with one of your clans then go to the “Join with your clan” tab, select the clan you would like to join with and press “Join with your clan”. Alternatively if you would like to join with a temporary team then go to “Create a temporary team” tab. In here you can choose your team’s name and optionally give it a picture and press “Create and join the team”. In both cases you will be taken onto your teams page where you can manage your team (add and remove members) and confirm your presence (check-in). Here you can also find your team’s status (located below the name).
    • There are 3 team statuses:
      Created - Your team was created, but is not yet fully registered.
      Registration finished - All members have accepted your invite to the team.
      Ready - The team captain has confirmed your team’s presence via check-in.
  • Tournament start
    After the tournament starts which means after the check-ins end, a random tournament ladder is generated. All matches take place according to that ladder.
  • Game
    After the tournament ladder has been generated, the matches are created. Users taking part in the tournament will receive a notification that will take them to their match. When the game has ended the captains should add the score if, the scores are matching the the losing team will be removed from the tournament and the winning team will move up the tournament ladder.
League runthrough
Remember that leagues are meant for both, solo players as well as clans.
  • Registration
    • Solo: Select the league that has gained your interest and press “Join”. Go to the “Sign up” tab and press “Sign up”. After signing up you are ready to play, now you just have to wait for the check-ins to start (information about when the check-ins start is given in the info tab of your league).
    • Clan: Only members with the rank captain and above can create a league team. Select the league that you are interested in and press “Join”. Go to the tab “Join as a clan representative” and select the clan that you want to join with. Confirm your choice by pressing “Join as a clan representative”. You will find yourself in your team’s tab where you can add members to your team and confirm their presence in the league. Here you can also find your team’s status (located below the name).
    • There are 3 team statuses:

      Registration finished - All members have accepted your invite to the team.
      Ready - The team captain has confirmed your team’s presence via check-in.
  • League start
    After the league starts which means after the check-ins end, a random queue is generated. Matches are generated at the beginning of each queue. In case a match has not been settled, it is moved to the next queue. The match dates are randomly generated. The players can suggest a different date but, it has to be confirmed by the opponent. Remember that the match date has to be in range of the queue.
  • Game
    You can find the progress of all players in the ”Tables” tab.
    • How are points distributed?
      Win - 3 points
      Loss - 1 point
      Absence - 0 points
Tournament Rules
  • Each case which needs intervention of an admin or moderator is treated individually.
  • Matches for the first and third place have to be played in order for the prizes to be distributed.
  • In case the opponent has slightly broken the rules - created a wrong game room or simply made a mistake - do not expect a concession. We are here to play.
  • Insults, malicious game pauses and other unsportsmanlike behavior can result in a ban or a warning.
  • We would like for all players to use our game chat rather than external alternatives. We promote FairPlay and honorable behavior.
  • In a case where the player has an outdated game account, he/she is still allowed to take part in the tournament however, it should be in their best interest to update his game account as soon as possible.
