On each map a maximum of 2 five-minute pauses are possible. When a pause has occurred during a match, the team is obliged to state the cause of the pause(either tactical or technical).
Submitting the scores means that you agree with it, after the result has been accepted, any protests will not result in changing the results.
1.General assumptions 1.1 These regulations are owned by PVPC. 1.2 The order of the completed teams decides on the participation. 1.3 Participating in the tournament results in accepting the terms below. 1.4 By entering the tournament, the player agrees to the free use of his image and promotional materials (photos, videos) made with his participation on organizer needs and promotion of the tournament on all media. 1.5 The administration of the tournament is pvpc.eu: You can find the list of all moderators in the “info” tab of the specific tournament. 2. Participants 2.1 Participants are obliged to add the game account with the valid SteamID to their profile. 2.2 During the tournament, the player is only allowed to play for one team. 2.3 Vulgar behaviour towards administrators and other players is prohibited. 2.4 Indecent Steam names are prohibited. 2.5 During the match, it is allowed to play with the 6th player which is a COACH. 2.5.1 COACH has to be on the same team and is also obliged to record a demo of the match. 3. Teams 3.1 The team can consist of maximum of 6 players (5 players + COACH) 3.2 The team names cannot be vulgar. 4. Tournaments 4.1 The maximum number of teams is given on the tournament page. 4.2 Matches will be played in a 5on5 system, MR15 4.3 All matches except the final are played BO1. The final match will be played with a BO3 system. 4.4 After joining the server a warm up is played until both teams declare that they are ready to pay the match. 4.5 During the tournament the rounds last 1:55 minutes. 4.6 Time for the bomb to explode after being planted is 0:40 minutes. 4.7 The match can only be started when all players are present on the server. Only players that have been on the team during the start of the match can participate 4.8 If a player leaves during the first round, the round is still in progress. 4.9 The waiting time for a missing player is 5 minutes. in the case of the player not joining during the 5 minute period, the team has to finish the match with a missing player. 4.10 Changing players during the match and pause is prohibited. 4.11 On each map a knife round will be played to decide the side on which the teams will start. 4.11.1 In the final match BO3, the knife round will be played on every map. 4.12 During the tournament a play-off is expected in case of a draw 15:15. 4.12.1 Playoffs are played in a system of MR3 with 10000$ on START. 4.13 During the tournament the following system of choosing the map applies. BO1- Teams alternate between banning a single map until one is left.. BO3- ban, ban , pick, pick, ban, ban (remaining map)

The final decision is made by the administrator. In the case of an incomplete demo the decision is is made by an administrator. 5.2 Match media (such as demos, screenshots etc.) have to be kept for the duration of the tournament. 5.3 Fabricating the match evidence is prohibited, severe penalties will be issued when attempted. 6. Cheating 6.1 It is prohibited to participate on Steam/PVPC which you do not own. 6.2 All bans and restrictions received from administrators are assigned to the ip of the specific player. 6.3 When participating in the tournament, it is prohibited to use third party software to exploit the game (aimbot,wh etc.) 6.4 If a team is able to prove that the opponents were not playing fairly then the game ends in a walkover. 6.5 A member who does not own or is not a part of a team which participates in a tournament, is prohibited from taking part. 7. Server 7.1 Teams have the right to refuse playing on a server but, in this case they have to provide the evidence of the server not being setup correctly. 7.2 If a server crash occurs before the end of 3rd round, server has to be restarted and the match will begin from scratch (0:0). If a server crashes after the 3rd round the game will be restored to the last finished round with startmoney 2000. The team who lost the last round before the crash types kill in the console and then the round proceed as usual. 8. Penalties and Regulations 8.1 Unjustified allegations against other players will be punished at the discretion of the administrators. 8.2 Abusing map glitches (bugs) is strictly prohibited. For abusing such glitches the team may be penalised and the match will be lost/repeated. *decision is made by an administrator 8.3 Check ins confirm the team’s participation in the tournament. Not showing up to the match results in a walkover in favor of the opposing team. 8.4 Using illegal software to facilitate the game is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ip ban. 8.5 Fabricating any kind of match evidence (for example demos, screenshots etc.) will result in an immediate walkover in favor of the opposite team. Any further punishment for future tournaments will be decided by an administrator. 8.6 It is prohibited to enter false results of the match. 8.7 Submitting the scores means that you agree with it, after the result has been accepted, any protests will not result in changing the results however, reports against the opposing team will still be able to influence it. 8.8 It is prohibited to use the “kill” command to suicide and end the round. 8.9 Leaving the server before the end of the match is prohibited.Every match has to be finished. Leaving the server before the match ends may result in a walkover. 8.10 Additional pauses will result in consequences depending on the cause and the decision of the administrator. 9. Prohibited Scripts 9.1 Scripts that are prohibited during the tournament: Stop shoot scripts Center view scripts Turn scripts No recoil scripts Burst fire scripts Rate changers FPS scripts Anti flash scripts or binding Bunnyhop scripts 10. Conflicts and other issues 10.1 In terms of conflicts that are not stated in the above regulations the decision is made by an administrator. 10.2 When a player is particularly disturbing and shows no interest to finish the meeting. The administration reserves the right to disqualify the participant along with the tournament team.
